Managing your own hosting server may not be very easy and in some situations it could be quite annoying, particularly if you don't have much experience and you are not certain how to proceed in certain situations. The hosting machine has its own Operating System and processes running on it, so you may have to deal with problems which you haven't stumbled upon with a standard shared hosting package deal where the service provider addresses the hosting machine maintenance while you manage only your web content via a hosting Control Panel. Monitoring and Rebooting in VPS Servers
If you add the Managed Services upgrade to any of the VPS server services we offer and as long as it is active for your account, our system admins will monitor your hosting server at all times. A number of automatic checks overseeing different system processes shallbe added, thus if any issue shows up, our well-trained staff will be notified straight away and shall work on your server until the problem is fixed. If for whatever reason the virtual server runs out of memory or some process freezes, they'll examine what caused the problem and shall then reboot the hosting server to restore all system processes and the proper operation of any site or offline application you have on the machine. With this service you won't need to keep an eye on your Virtual private server all the time or pay for expensive third-party services from other organizations which can notify you about a problem, but are unable to resolve it.
Monitoring and Rebooting in Dedicated Servers
The Managed Services package can be added to any one of our Linux dedicated servers whenever you want, so whenever you decide that you need it, you can order it with a couple of clicks and our administrators will activate a range of automated checks for the status of various system processes on the server. This will save you loads of funds for third-party monitoring services from firms which cannot take care of a problem even if they discover one as they won't have access to your machine. Our skilled staff can quickly resolve any issue - a frozen system process, a script that is consuming too much processing time or memory, etc. They will figure out what the origin of the issue was so as to resolve the latter in the most suitable way and will reboot the hosting server if this is required to restore its correct functioning. In this way you won't have to be worried about potential problems or deal with administration tasks.
